CS2™ Understructure
The system that backs itself up.
It offers rigidity and flexibility with stylish good looks, unmatched
strength and tested durability.
Designed to support enormous loads, the CS System™ doesn't just bear up
under tremendous weight but actually uses the weight load to increase
strength and stability.
With exceptional access all the way around the table and the heaviest
gauge, strongest cables on the market, rigorously tested to easily
support a dynamic load of 550 lbs. (The BOSS-600 lbs.), you can depend
on Oakworks® CS System™ tables to perform with perfection over the
length of your career.
Recessed Cables
Oakworks® own CS™ Design provides unparalleled access all the way around
your clients with unique Y-bracing and aircraft quality, nylon- jacketed
steel cables that are pulled toward the center of the table and
anchored by the inverted truss.
This means that you never have to worry about your knees bumping into
cables, whether you're seated at either end or either side of the table.
Your access is clear all the way around, for maximum ergonomics and
optimum body mechanics.
Access End
Lightweight, high-grade aluminum and superb engineering make possible
the kind of access that puts your clients, literally, in your lap.
Absolute ergonomic positioning, perfect posture, maximum body mechanics,
optimum client access and you can have it all at both ends of the table
without compromising table strength and stiffness.
Reinforced Frame
Among the many added features included to make The BOSS the exceptionally
strong and durable table that it is, are the reinforced frame rails.
This means that the side rails of the table frame are effectively almost
doubled in thickness for added strength and safety under the greatest
extremes.
We designed it this way in response to our customers who told us they
had huge linebackers running across the locker room, launching themselves
into the air and landing hard on their tables.
We still do not recommend that anyone do this, however we know that
heavy things happen and, at Oakworks, we work harder to ensure table
safety for you and your clients.
These reinforced side rails are part of the reason why The BOSS is our
toughest table and has the highest weight rating of all our portable
tables.
And they're part of the reason why, even your heaviest clients can feel
safe and comfortable on The BOSS.
Water-resistant Sealed Seams
Sealed seams keep moisture from creeping in, weakening the stitching and
compromising the padding.
With increased moisture resistance to protect your equipment during even
the most grueling of circumstances on the field, you can take your table
anywhere you need to go and know that it will last.
Removable Field Feet
These easy-to-use, removable Field Feet assure you a firm footing even
on soft and challenging outdoor terrain.
You won't have to worry about your table sinking into the turf no matter
how large the athlete you're treating.
Made of a tough, lightweight polyelastomer, they hold up under the most
stringent use and are easy to stow in the pocket of your carry case.
Aluminum Telescoping Legs
Anodized leg extensions offer strong, smooth operation with push-button
adjustability for easy height transitions and continuous support.
Legs adjust quickly and lock securely with bushings top and bottom that
eliminate rattling and ensure a perfect fit.
Engineer-specified alloys mean unsurpassed table strength and stability.
A costly upgrade on some tables, scratch-resistant powder-coating on the
legs, comes standard for easy to clean, hard-wearing, practical good looks.
Integra-hinge™
This ingenious, patented design reinforces the table to support the kind
of heavy loading that no piano hinge can match and with less weight.
The truth is that the Integra-hingeTM is far superior to a piano hinge,
in strength, stability, safety and durability.
Here's why: The Integra-hinge™ requires fewer holes drilled into the
framework of the table.
This means a stronger frame, without those vulnerabilities to cracking.
In addition, the Integra-hinge™ incorporates the table braces as part of
the hinge itself.
This means that the very weight of the table and the client serve to
strengthen the ability of the hinge to do its job.
An Integra-hinge™ will perform its function even if all the screws
are removed.
Finger-jointed Frame Corners
All Oakworks® portable tables boast durable wood frames with precision finger-jointed corners, glued and bradded, to ensure maximum strength and frame integrity - real added strength and stability through exacting geometry and fine joinery.
UniLock™ Closure System
Patented, easy-to-use closure system that won't break, rust or rattle
because it's constructed from engineered plastics, cycle tested to ensure
security and durability.
The safety design and low profile prevent scrapes and bruises and, even
when used with the Shiatsu option, rotates flush with the frame edge to
prevent marred floors.
Practically invisible and amazingly simple, you can open your table with
just the push of a single button.
